From Kurt Lockwood:
1. Where is your cell phone? In my pocket
2. Your significant other? Well, my wife is with me in San Sebastian, Spain.
3. Your hair? Where is my hair today? Gone tomorrow. (lol, get it? hair today, gone tomorrow, lol, God, I'm so ffnn funny :P)
4. Your mother? In her house I bought her in central VA.
5. Your father? In heaven with the angels.
6. Your favorite thing? My father's heavy, woolen, navy pea coat (that he wore while stationed on an aircraft carrier in the Gulf of Tonkin while in the Navy during the Vietnam war) that I had re-furbished and have worn every winter for the last ten years is hanging on a chair.
7. Your dream last night? I dreamt giant cucumbers were chasing me through the Grand Canyon, that's not sexual is it? (Honestly, I don't remember last nights' dream but see my 25 RANDOM THINGS note to read about my recurring dream.)
8. Your favorite drink? It's all about the Pinot Noir or Newcastle beer.
9. Your dream/goal? To see my baby son grow into a happy, healthy, educated, successful man (like his Dad, lol) with a loving family of his own and make me a proud grandpappy of me someday which I will be awesome at.
10. What room you are in? Living room (I never like to be very far from CNN in the background.)
11. Your hobby? Other than my son? Gym, reading, smoking pot. karaoke, posting about movies on aintitcoolnews.com, Facebook.
12. Your fear? Losing my son or any member of my family.
13. Where do you want to be in 6 years? 6 years wiser.
14. Where were you last night? My answer is boring, I was asleep. No big whoop.
16. Muffin? Blueberry, chocolate, it's all good. Food is a necessity that I indulge in. I don't work my ass off in the gym to just eat lettuce and sparkling water. Pay it forward!
17. Wish list item? More children (I want "Daddy's Little Girl," next sooo bad.)
18. Where you grew up? Dundalk, MD, der hon' (lol.)
19. Last thing you did? Woke up. Caught up.
20. What are you wearing? A smile.
21. Your TV? I had a widescreen plasma hdtv with the home theatre surround sound system but I sold it for a song (!) when I moved to Europe. Big electronics like that don't tend to pack and travel well.
22. Your pets? I travel way too much to have any pets. Maybe I should get one of those Tamagotchi electronic pets, lol.
23. Friends? Yes, all over the world, my support system, I value them nearly as much as my family and if you are reading this I'm probably talking about you. :)
24. Your life? I have lived a Forrest Gump like life in that I have rubbed shoulders with some very famous people in very interesting circumstances, I have lived a life most men only ever fantasize about, yet is has been totally unexpected and as Jim Morrison said, "the strangest life I have ever known," and like Morrison also said, "Did you have a good life when you died? Enough to base a movie on?" Oh yes, I have, and what a movie! I'm ready for my third act denouement. "And he lived happily ever after, til the end of his days..."
25. Your mood? I'm a bipolar bear but my son has changed my perspective/values/life so completely. When you put someone like your child at the center of your universe rather than yourself, you're not as moody. You always hear people tell you that children change you but you can't really understand what they mean until you actually have a child of your own and then it hits you like a tsunami, massive, unrelenting and you just go with it because you love it soooo much.
26. Missing someone? My Dad, always, I wish he could've met my son.
27. Car? BMW X5 SUV (such a Dad myself, now, lol.)
28. Something you're not wearing? A tutu. (Though I would cute as shit in it, lol, jk.)
29. Your favorite store? I only buy Diesel on the outside and Calvin Klein black boxerbriefs underneath because it matches my tattoos. Can't really rock the Ralph Lauren with all this ink on me.
30. Your favorite color? Metallic blue, the kind which sparkles in the sunshine.
31. When is the last time you laughed? 30 seconds a go when I pictured myself in a tutu, lol.
32. Last time you cried? 40 seconds ago when I pictured myself in a tutu, lol.
33. One place that you go to over and over? Whenever I'm in Baltimore, I always drive by my childhood home and my Grandparents' old house where I spent so much time. I always get a little sad and wax nostalgiac but it doesn't stop me from my pilgrimage every time I'm in town.
34. Doing tonight? Wednesday night is generally karaoke night, baby! My next songs to sing are: "Get up Stand Up, Bob Marley; "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me," Mel Carter; and "Lit Up," Buckcherry.) Wanna go?
